Lesson Content

Typical lesson starts with 15 min land based instruction & safety at the surf school, followed by wet suit fitting & changing. A light warm up at water’s edge, then into the surf with your instructor for approximately one hour. Instruction takes place in waist depth water for enjoyment and safety, then it’s back to the surf school for a hot shower, relax and recap with a hot cuppa.

Equipment

All Surf Equipment Provided, Surfboards, Wetsuits & Accessories.We use warm winter 5/3mm thick wetsuits and quality surfboards that perform.
Surf School Facilities: Male & Female Changing Rooms, Hot Showers, Lecture Room and Lunch Area.

If you have your own winter wetsuit you can bring it along, (shortie wetsuits/ summer wetsuits are not suitable for lessons-  we provide winter suits).
